AAC Plant Utility & Site Infrastructure Requirements

Setting up an AAC block manufacturing unit requires careful planning of utilities. Below are the basic utility parameters audited by our civil and mechanical engineering team for standard plant commissioning:

Electrical Power Load

Connected load of 45 kW to 90 kW (3-Phase, 415V, 50Hz) is required for primary equipment like ball mills, planetary concrete batch mixers, and cutting lines.

Saturated Steam Boiler

Steam capacity of 1.0 to 3.0 Tons/Hour operating at 10 to 12 Bar pressure. Boilers can run on eco friendly biomass briquettes, wood, or gas.

Land Footprint Area

Minimum industrial plot size of 1.0 to 2.5 Acres is essential to accommodate fly ash stockpiles, mixing tower, pre curing tunnels, and finished goods yard.

Water Supply & Quality

Water consumption of 250 to 300 Liters per Cubic Meter of blocks produced. Water must be low in hardness to protect boiler heating elements.
