Founded in 2001 as a specialized heavy fabrication shop, Balaji Construction Machines & Spares quickly built an industry reputation for manufacturing durable autoclaved concrete autoclaves and batching plants. In 2007, recognizing the environmental shift toward eco friendly building materials, our managing director established a dedicated division focused exclusively on designing fully automated Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) block plants.
Our heavy manufacturing facility at Plot No. L-60, Additional MIDC, Satara, features advanced engineering machinery, including CNC steel plate roll benders, hydraulic press brakes, and automated submerged arc welding (SAW) stations. Every autoclave pressure vessel we manufacture is subjected to rigorous ultrasonic testing, radiographic weld audits, and hydrostatic pressure testing at 18 Bar to guarantee complete operational safety.
We are a certified engineering manufacturer promoted by the Maharashtra Industries Directory, ensuring compliance with global manufacturing standards. Over the last two decades, our team has successfully commissioned turnkey plants in major industrial hubs, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh, as well as export setups in East Africa and the Middle East.
